The shot above is taken from the north tower of the Lutheran Church at Second Street and Hopocan looking across Hopocan into the hole for what we always called the girl's gym"...Steve Kelleher

"The second shot is taken of the workers on Newell. Notice the foreman is checking his watch, wondering how much longer this photo is going to take. The fellows in the suits, we think are Harpster and Bliss. The architects that Barber used to build the Anna Dean Farm buildings. The O. C. barber Concrete Company supplied the concrete materials and brick for the original section of the high school." ....Steve Kelleher
