| If you turn 180 degrees from the
Greenhouse, you see one of two Courtyards. It looks exactly like
this picture without the concrete letters. This picture is of
the second courtyard that is farther south in the building.

When you first walk into front
automatic doors, you see the 'cafeteria' directly to the left.
It is a large open area with round tables that seat at least 10-12
people. Farther to the left is the food service area - looks
EXACTLY like AGMC's cafeteria - neon lights, coolers and all!
Same green color too! There is also a large Field House farther
north of the cafeteria and gym. It houses two basketball courts
and a running track above. This will supposedly be available
for public use. The band has rooms all to itself - including
sound-proof practice booths and one room large enough to practice
marching routines in! Obviously the color purples prevails - gym
seating, all lockers, tile designs throughout the school, cafeteria
seating, computers, etc. The trophy cases are enormous and
completely filled.
Across Morgan Street, starting at
Barber Road, the area has been cleared of trees all the way to the
Barberton/Norton line. It has been graded to accommodate the
outside running track. It needs to be covered with asphalt and
then the recycled rubber track will be laid on top of that.
Barberton will finally be able to host Track Meets again. (The
cinder track was deemed illegal for high school use). From
there, the sporting complex will extend east and will include soccer
fields, softball fields, baseball fields, you name it- for high school
and public use. The plan shows that the eastern border of the
complex will be Newton Park.
