Passed Away: April 1982

Frank Bouscher was my grandpa. He was a wonderful man that loved to talk and could talk to anyone. He was a postal worker for many years. He was so sweet and loving. I have missed him for many years as he was so good to me and my siblings. He will forever be missed.
