Passed Away: 8-21-82

*Leslie invited me to my first 'wild' party and was such a dear, sweet lady and cherished classmate at Portage Jr. High & BHS. She died at night in a fog-shrouded Snyder Ave. RR crossing in Barberton as her car was hit by a train. Miss you, Leslie! Submitted by Don Clark

*My best friend, Leslie, loved to do everything. We prepared to garden on weekends with a bucket of beer. Spent many Saturdays photographing Ohio landscapes, even a few weddings. Leslie was the organizer. Our events usually included up to 40 friends for a weekend of camping and boating. She bestowed her butterflies everywhere. I see her photos displayed still in our friends homes. She thought she was the greatest softball player ever. She was everyone's best friend. Paulette
